Yes, in order for our staff to reserve a specific vehicle at a specific time, we require a 20% deposit which is deducted from the total balance of your rental.

*Peak Dates may require a higher deposit.

Unfortunately the deposit is non-refundable. The reason for this is because our company blocks off that specific time period for that vehicle when we receive your deposit. Which means, we turn other customers away when that time slot is not available.

Yes, drinks and food are allowed to be consumed in Showtime vehicles. However, alcohol is allowed only by people who are of legal age (Above 21 years old). The responsibility of all people on the bus falls on the client reserving the limousine.

Please note that while food and drinks are allowed on our limos and buses, there is an additional fee for excess cleanup in the event the food and drinks are not properly contained.

Our All-Inclusive pricing includes unlimited pick-ups, drop-offs, stops, etc in the Kansas City Metropolitan area. There are no additional taxes, and there are no hidden fees like “Fuel Fee” or “Service Fee” like our competitors charge.

The tip is not included in the price of our vehicles. Our drivers are paid a “base wage” which is a fixed price based on the pricing of the rental. While this covers their base wages, additional tips are greatly appreciated by our drivers.

Yes, you are more than welcome to request a certain driver at the time of booking the event. However, we can’t guarantee a specific driver due to availability of those drivers schedules. We will do our best to accommodate your requests.

Yes, as long as the schedule permits, the driver can set up extra time with our main office. Please note, however, that sometimes vehicles are scheduled after your rental time, so additional time is subject to availability of the vehicle. We strongly encourage renters to rent for the maximum foreseeable time in which they need the vehicle, to avoid conflicts.

Yes, we allow customers to come look at any of the vehicles in person by appointment. We do not accept walk-ins, due to our secure facility. Saturday mornings are the best time to schedule an appointment, subject to availability of the vehicle(s). Please contact us to set a time, and we’ll be happy to show you around!

Yes, we do accept checks in advance of the scheduled rental date. We do not accept checks on the day of service. The checks must clear our bank prior to any date of service, to ensure payment.

While most of our rentals are hourly, we are occasionally able to offer a pick-up or drop-off rate. This is subject to availability and non-peak dates. Please contact us by clicking here or call us at 816-295-2000 so that we can help you.

Peak dates are subject to a 6 hour minimum and/or peak pricing, because of the demand of our vehicles during those times. Similar to a playoffs game in sports, higher demand games cost more money. Because of these peak dates, and their pricing, we are able to offer lower pricing throughout the rest of the year.
