We used Showtime Transportation's Rockstar Bus on our wedding day to shuttle my husband & I and our wedding party around downtown & the Crossroads area for pictures. There were 30 of us and the bus was PERFECT! Our driver, Johnathan, was awesome -- so kind, fun, and took good care of us. We were able to bring alcohol the day before, and the Showtime Transportation staff loaded it on the bus for us. They also had coolers & provided free ice. They were easy to work with & so accommodating! I highly recommend!

Showtime was amazing to work with. We used them for our wedding and they were so helpful every step of the way. The bus was beyond what I could’ve imagined and CD, our driver, was the absolute best. He showed us right away how to control the temperature, connect to Bluetooth to play our playlist, etc. He was so thoughtful and helped me and the bridesmaids with our bouquets (holding them, drying them off) every time we got on and off the bus. Every time we got off the bus, he cleaned things up for us and it was ready to go when we got back on. I can’t wait until we have another event we can use them for! Thank you Showtime and CD!

Working with Showtime Transportation for our wedding day was an amazing customer service experience. Their team is friendly, responsive, and on top of all the details to ensure you everything goes smoothly – from the early stages of discussing vehicles and booking all the way until your trip/experience with them is complete. The Showtime vehicles are always clean and in excellent shape. They also worked wonderfully with our Wedding Planner, Hannah Schumm to coordinate logistics and ensure all drinks, snacks, etc. were in the vehicles and ready to go. The seamless process made our day that much better and it was so nice to not have to stress about anything when it came to getting from our hotel to our church and then back downtown for our reception. They really do go above and beyond and we can't wait to use Showtime again in the future for another exciting event!

Such an incredible experience, James and his team, did a fantastic job coordinating everything. They have the best selection of vehicles in Kansas City by far. We have used them several times and every time our expectations have surpassed us. We have had such and incredible experience with them and will continue in using them every time.

We used Showtime Transportation for our corporate outing this year. They picked up our staff all over Northern Missouri/KC Metro and drove us to Childrens Mercy Park for a Sporting march. The Limo bus was amazing. The driver was amazing. Everything was smooth and on time as expected! If your looking for a honest local company I highly recommend Showtime!

We surprised our employees with a Hummer Limo from Showtime Transportation and had an absolute blast. James and his crew were super easy to work with. We had to change our dates a couple of times and they made it abundantly clear that it was no problem. They were friendly and accommodating. Our Limo driver was over the top friendly and professional. We will definitely be using Showtime again. It was worth every penny to see KC in style!

Showtime Transportation is an absolutely amazing company to work with and a rare example of a company doing the right thing no matter what. It was back in April when we first came into contact with Showtime. Our tire had popped on the highway and our attempts to make it to a gas station or mechanic were not going well. We happened to drive by Showtime and saw their garage door open. Desperate, we pulled in hoping we could use their air pump. Once we pulled in, James came right over to us and knew exactly what we needed. He called his mechanic over and not only did they air up our tire, they went the extra mile and even changed the tire for us. When completed, we attempted to compensate James and his mechanic for their time and kindness but he politely declined saying "its just what we do." Since we knew we would need a limo for our wedding party in December, we let James know he had just earned our business! When the time came and our limo ride was over, I thanked the driver (also named James) and told him our story and he told us that these types of stories happen all the time and that Showtime prides themselves in doing the right thing for everybody, not just customers. We are so impressed and appreciative that Showtime Transportation has these values as a company, and we would refer them to anybody with confidence knowing that are always going to do the right thing!

Showtime was the perfect addition to our special occasion. James was super friendly on the phone and helpful with the vehicles available for the night in question, plus Dana was a punctual and friendly driver. The price was slightly more than other places I called, but James worked with me on the price and I will gladly pay more for exceptional customer service and CLEAN, updated vehicles and an awesome driver. I also love supporting a local business. When I called another place, I was connected to what seemed to be a call center and transferred to a couple different people. When I called Showtime I spoke with James who, I believe, is one of the owners and I could tell he was passionate about his job and helping me create a wonderful evening. Check out their vehicles, they have an awesome selection! I will definitely use them the next time I need a driver (and I will request Dana!)

For the past 8 years, I have always been the person in charge of organizing buses. This past weekend, my reputation was in jeopardy of over 150 people when 4 buses took a $1,000 deposit and stopped answering calls. Half of the attendance for the Chiefs game had traveled in from St. Louis, Chicago, and Tulsa. Most were in town when I realized we had 0 buses and $1,000 eaten for an event happening in 18 hours. When I called James at Showtime, I was canceling two limos for the event to help budget for crummy buses. He was ready to return the deposit as he truly felt bad for the situation I faced. James asked me what buses I planned to use and told me to Google them when I told him the name of the company I planned to use. The Kansas City Star had written an article about how this company was indeed a fraud and I was about to give away an additional $900. I was back at phase 0 with no solution for buses. Then he proceeded to give me his friends number who has 9 INSURED buses.Before I hung up the phone, James said, "Wait, how many people do you need to get to this game"? I told him I had 153 people to transport. He realized that Showtime had luxury buses that were available. He was able to get me 3 luxury buses at a price that took account for the $1,000 lost. The buses were state-of-the-art! The drivers were professional and a pleasure to talk too. Showtime sends confirmation emails and receipts like a REAL, PROFESSIONAL business. I cannot emphasize how thankful I am for James and everyone else at Showtime Transportation! DO NOT USE ANY COMPANY THAT IS NOT NAMED SHOWTIME TRANSPORTATION IN THE KANSAS CITY AREA!
